🧾 Job Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual customer support to Amazon customers via chat/email/voice
- Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, shipping, etc.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely responses
- Follow up on customer issues until resolution
- Work in rotational shifts (if required)
🛠️ Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Stable internet connection
- Ability to follow instructions and complete training/assessments
- Must be residing in one of the eligible states
💸 Salary:
- ₹2.0 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA
(Salary depends on experience and interview performance)
