Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes
Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
Qualifications
With or without experience (experience as a barista is an advantage)
Willing to be trained
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
High school graduate or equivalent
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming
Latte art skills (preferred but not required)
Basic cash handling experience
Work Schedule
8 hours per day
6 days per week (1 day off)
