Cell Phone Sales Associate

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with electronics purchases, activating mobile services, and delivering a great in-store experience.

Schedule:
Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexible shifts available)

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
• Help customers select products including computers, gaming consoles, electric bikes, safes, and more
• Assist with mobile service activations (Verizon, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Ultra Mobile)
• Explain financing options and earn commission on financed sales
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Stay informed on current products, promotions, and service plans

Qualifications:

• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in electronics and mobile technology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
