About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and shoot engaging reels and short-form content for clients
2. Understand hooks, trends, angles, formats, and visual storytelling
3. Be comfortable participating in content as a presenter/actor when required
4. Shoot high-quality content using smartphones/cameras with strong framing and composition
5. Contribute to content ideas, concepts, and creative execution
6. Work directly with clients and make them feel comfortable and confident on camera
7. Travel for client shoots when required
8. Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, and content patterns
9. Understand what makes content engaging, relatable, and shareable
