Job Title: Business Analyst – Asset Securitization Location: London/Knutsford Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) / Techno-Functional Analyst in Asset Securitization with strong emphasis on business analysis, data analysis, and financial products.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements related to Asset Securitization
Convert requirements into
Functional Specifications
User Stories
Process Flows
Collaborate with IT teams for:
Solution design
Testing
Implementation
Support securitization deal execution through:
Data validation
Cash flow model validation
Transaction structure analysis
Analyse asset pools such as:
Loans
Mortgages
Receivables
Participate in
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Defect tracking
Production support
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
