Infrastructure Lead, Senior Associate – Technology Consulting, AI and Data
Job Description:
- Support the Infrastructure Lead in managing daily operations across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and SaaS tools.
- Take ownership of small infrastructure initiatives (e.g., server patching, SaaS rollout, cloud migration tasks).
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers or interns.
- Assist in monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems when needed.
- Help ensure security, backup, and disaster recovery measures are in place and executed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, applications, vendors) to deliver infrastructure services.
- Document procedures, configurations, and infrastructure changes.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and propose improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimally 4 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience (system admin, cloud support, or network operations)
- Exposure to:
- On-premise infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking basics).
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- SaaS
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and lead smaller projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with some experience guiding peers or junior colleagues.
- Certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, ITIL Foundation) are advantageous.
