Job Description – Interview & Placement Mentor

We are looking for an experienced Interview & Placement Mentor to help learners prepare for employment and placement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mock technical and HR interviews.
• Prepare learners for coding tests and placement assessments.
• Provide guidance on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and job applications.
• Develop communication, presentation, and interview skills.
• Provide personalized feedback and career guidance.
• Help candidates understand industry expectations and become placement-ready.

Expected hours: 2.0 – 4.0 per week
