Role Description The Junior Admin Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, near London Bridge. Daily responsibilities include providing general administrative support, managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems. The role will assist senior team members with executive-level administrative tasks, including diary management, document preparation, and coordination of internal and external meetings.

Qualifications

  • Ability to support Executive Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic computer literacy

  • Ability to work on-site full time in the London Area and collaborate effectively with a diverse team
