Position Overview

This entry-level opportunity in Stockton, CA, is with Amazon Logistics as a Logistics Shift Assistant. In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced delivery station team responsible for managing package flow, team coordination, and ensuring a safe, efficient load-out process. You will also undergo a paid, multi-week training program to build your leadership and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the 'Sort' and 'Load-Out' processes to ensure timely package delivery.
• Manage and coordinate a team of Amazon associates during shifts.
• Work closely with DSP drivers by directing and resolving last-minute operational issues.
• Participate in a comprehensive, paid training program covering operational workflow, technology use, and safety protocols.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level candidate with strong leadership potential and a process-driven mindset.
• Availability to work on night shift and weekend shift schedules.
