Oversee the design and development of network elements to ensure functionality, reliability, and scalability. Serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all network element design and development-related matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement network element design standards and best practices. Conduct regular assessments and audits of network elements to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and maintain documentation for network element design, configurations, and processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network design and make recommendations for implementation. Manage and mentor a team of network engineers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to design standards. Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on network element design projects and initiatives. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to network element design and development.
