Essential requirements for On site manager: * Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role * Strong industrial recruitment background * Proven ability to manage and develop a large team * Good understanding of UK right to work legislation and worker rights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting * Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Knowledge of the local jobs market * Proficient IT skills, including good knowledge of Google sheets
