Key responsibilities

Supervise, support, train and develop the cleaning team.

Maintain high cleaning, customer service and quality standards.

Manage staffing, absence, holidays, uniforms and stock.

Ensure schedules, SLAs and Health & Safety/QHSE procedures are followed.

Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns where required.

Work closely with the Facilities Manager, onsite team and other stakeholders.
Be flexible with duties and hours to meet business needs.

Previous cleaning and supervisory experience.

Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and to schedule.
