Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with airline PSS and/or DCS systems.
- Previous team leadership experience, including Helpdesk or Training functions.
- Strong understanding of airline reservations, ticketing, fares and departure control.
- Knowledge of IATA standards.
- Experience developing processes, policies or operational documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in IT, Business, Aviation Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience within an airline Commercial, Airport Operations or IT environment, systems training and vendor management will be advantageous.
