Recruiter Assistant
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day scheduling of events for multiple clients
- Manage an applicant tracking system and calendar
- Contact, correspond with, and schedule candidates through phone calls, texting, emails, job boards, and multiple platforms
- Contact 100 candidates daily to achieve a fully booked interview schedule
- Provide a personable and knowledgeable interviewing experience for prospective candidates
- Schedule candidates and guide them through the entire interview process
- Review and qualify resumes
- Schedule preliminary and subsequent interviews
- Support onboarding through scheduling a candidate’s first day of training
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 2+ clients, with client requirements varying by market
- Participate in communication and conference meetings through Zoom with candidates, employees, and clients
- Manage time, multitask, stay organized, and adapt to different markets and clients across the US
Requirements:

- Remote mandatory equipment: Strong Internet/Wifi Connection, Smartphone, Computer or Laptop, Professional attire/background and workspace for Zoom
- 100% mandatory Zoom attendance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, and Zoom
- Must dial minimum 100 calls per day
- Availability Monday-Friday 8-5 PM or 9-6 PM Eastern Standard Time
- 90-day probation period for all new hires
