Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and promote well-being of residents with behavioral challenges

Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least two years experience in a long-term care setting
• Degree in related fields is advantageous
• Certified in behavioral training is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills required
