Remote Amazon Wholesale Account Assistant

We are a growing U.S.-based eCommerce company looking for two experienced Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistants to join our team long-term.

We're looking for someone who already has experience with Amazon Wholesale, supplier research, lead generation, and professional business communication.

Responsibilities Research manufacturers, brands, distributors, and suppliers

Generate qualified wholesale le

Complete supplier account applications

Send professional first-touch outreach email s

Track all activity in our GoHighLevel CRM

Maintain organized records and reports

Requirements Previous Amazon Wholesale experience (required)

Lead generation and supplier research experience

Strong English written and verbal communication

Excellent research and data analysis skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Able to work independently and meet daily goals

Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus)

Experience with Keepa, SellerAmp, Google Sheets, and Amazon Seller Central is a strong advantage but not required.
