Job Description:
- Call AI-prequalified le using the Power Dialer for 4 hours per day
- Confidently open conversations, generate interest, and qualify le
- Handle objections such as “I don’t have time,” “There’s no need,” and “Send me something”
- Schedule qualified appointments for Setters
- Accurately document calls and appointments in Close CRM
- Ensure that scheduled appointments take place
Requirements:
- Native-level German – required
- Confident, friendly, and relaxed phone manner
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Experience in telesales, appointment setting, or telephone-based customer service
- High standards for appointment quality
- Reliable and self-directed work style
- Fixed availability for 4 hours per day
- Quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and heet
