At Royal Mail, the festive season is our busiest time of the year, and it\'s our seasonal workers who make delivering the magic of Christmas possible. As a Mail Sorter, you\'ll play a vital role in ensuring every Christmas card and present safely reaches its destination. As a Seasonal Mail Sorter working at the heart of our team, you\'ll play a vital role in delivering Christmas to the nation.

Responsibilities

• Unloading mail and packages from our vans
• Moving mail and packages through our centres
• Helping sort mail and packages

Shifts

• Shifts available
• 06:30 – 14:30

The Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Organised and Efficient: Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to switch between tasks during a shift.
• Strength and Stamina: Ability to push trolleys (up to 250 kg) and lift/move mail bags (up to 11 kg) with also being comfortable with extended periods of walking and standing.
