Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 1yr+ experience in International Chat
• Handled international inbound Triple Chats

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Chat Process from BPO Company
• Excellent English communication skills
• Typing speed 40wpm
• Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
• Flexibility working in night / rotational shifts
