Talent Acquisition Associate – Junior to Intermediate Recruiter
Job Description:
- Represent Granum’s mission, culture, and commitment to the green industry to prospective candidates
- Own full-cycle recruiting for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles
- Source, screen, and close candidates end to end
- Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates
- Proactively source through LinkedIn Recruiter, personal networks, and top performers’ networks
- Keep candidate pipeline data current in Greenhouse
- Balance business needs with candidate experience
- Support the team and candidates through additional duties as needed
- Report directly to the VP, People & Culture and work alongside the Talent Acquisition Specialist
Requirements:
- Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates in a fast moving environment
- Comfortable owning a high volume, recurring workload without losing attention to detail
- Confident running outbound outreach and cold conversations
- Organized enough to keep a bench of candidates warm over months
- Familiarity with an ATS; Greenhouse is a plus
- Familiarity with a sourcing tool like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Interest in AI and leveraging the latest technologies for recruitment
- Candidates must have proper work authorization to work for any employer in Canada or the U.S. without company sponsorship
