PEG's client, a nationally recognized car rental company, is seeking a Temporary Call Center Representative to support their team. This fully remote opportunity is approved for a 60-day contract and is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Take incoming calls from drivers, clients, and vendors regarding collision and glass claims
Provide clear, accurate information while delivering a high level of customer service
Document claim details and interactions thoroughly and efficiently
Complete a small amount of assigned administrative work during off-queue hours
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Comfortable handling sensitive or claim-related conversations
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection
Must provide your own computer/laptop suitable for remote work
Schedule & Work Environment:
Monday through Friday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
Fully remote
