Trainee Lettings Negotiator

We’re growing our lettings team in Moseley and are looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join us. Whether you’re starting out in property or looking to take your first step into the industry, this is an opportunity to learn the business, build your knowledge and develop a genuine career in estate agency.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team where your contribution really matters. You’ll get involved in the full lettings journey, from the first enquiry through to handing over the keys, while developing your confidence, communication and negotiation skills along the way.
What you’ll get involved with
- Speaking with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants
- Handling property enquiries and arranging viewings
- Conducting property viewings and showcasing homes to applicants
- Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Negotiating offers and progressing successful lets
- Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Supporting the team with growing our property portfolio
- Learning about the local property market and lettings legislation
- Providing a professional and enjoyable experience for our customers
What we’re looking for

Previous estate agency experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential. What matters most is your attitude, ambition and willingness to get stuck in.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this position.
