US Telecaller

Job Description

Ride N Repair is looking for an energetic and confident US Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate le, follow up with customers, and assist in converting service inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with customers in the US market.
• Explain Ride N Repair services and assist customers with their queries.
• Follow up with le and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and booking targets.
• Provide professional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
• Comfortable working in a US/night shift.
• Good convincing, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
• Prior experience in US calling, international BPO, telecalling, sales, or customer support will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
